SALES AGENTS

To strengthen our sales network, we select Sales Agents with a consolidated customer portfolio to be permanently included in our staff.
Requested features:
- predisposition to work for goals, negotiation skills and leadership skills;
- possible contacts and / or previous commercial experiences with companies in the same sector;
- dynamism, enthusiasm and professional ambition.
Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and interpersonal relationships are required. Tenacity, ambition and organizational skills will be considered a plus.

The job offer is intended for both sexes in compliance with the 198/2006 Lgs. Decree.

SOUTHERN ITALY AREA MANAGER

Profiles with knowledge of the reference channel and skills in the world of pastry and ice cream are evaluated. The resource will take care of the existing network and develop the new one. He will also take care of and develop key customers.
He will report directly with the Italian Sales Management.
Is required:
- Knowledge of confectionery and the production of artisan ice cream;
- Experience in managing the sales network in the world of artisan gelato;
- Willingness to travel and participate in training courses.
Necessary commercial sensitivity and intuition, excellent communication skills, customer orientation and interpersonal relationships. Creativity, innovation, flexibility and strong problem solving skills will be considered a plus
